교육대학원 교육재정 교수요목 개발 연구

An Effective Syllabus of Educational Finance in the Graduate School of Education

교육대학원은 설립 목적, 재학생의 특성, 교과목 이수 시간에 있어서 일반 대학원과는 구분된다. 이러한 차이에 주목하여 교육대학원 교육재정 교과목에 적합한 교수요목이 개발될 필요성을 제시하고, 주된 고려 요소와 강의에서 추구할 질문을 중심으로 교수요목을 개발한 연구이다. 교육대학원 교수요목 개발에서 주된 고려 요소는 교육재정학의 학문적 성격, 교육재정의 실제, 수강생의 필요와 관심사 등 세 가지로서 담당교수는 교수 설계시 교육 내용과 수강생의 유관성을 높이도록 이 세 가지를 조화롭게 조직해야 함을 밝혔다. 추구할 질문으로는 교육에서 재정이 차지하는 위치와 그 중요성은 무엇인가, 한국 교육재정의 구조적 특성은 무엇인가, 학생(교육대학원 교육재정 수강생)의 교육재정에 관한 관심사는 무엇인가 등을 제시하였다. 고려 요소와 추구할 질문을 주당 2시간씩 15주간 진행될 교육대학원 강의에 적합한 주제와 내용으로 정리하였고, 이를 전형적인 강의계획서 형태로 제시하였다.

This Study aims to develop a best syllabus of the Educational Finance in the Graduate School of Education. The students in the Graduate School of Education in Korea are school teachers. After working hard in their schools daytime, the teacher-students attend to their coursework in the Graduate School of Education. They are so tired, and don't have much time to study the educational finance. For the effective course the instructors should develop a best syllabus with high relevancy of the students and the content of study. The instructors who are charge of Educational Finance in the Graduate School of Education should consider harmoniously the content of educational finance, the practice of educational finance, and students' need & concerns on the Korean school finance in developing their syllabus. This study gives an effective syllabus of the educational finance in the Graduate School of Education in Korea. It fits 2 hour-session 15 weeks course.
