The purpose of this study was to find the complaining behavior of adolescent consumers. Questionnaire survey was conducted during July 13, 1998 to 18 with 377 adolescents in Cheongju city. The major findings were as follows; 1) It was found to be that only 34.8% of dissatisfied adolescents' consumers did complaining behavior and further, most respondents showed private complaint behavior rather than public complaint behavior. 2) Complaint behavior of adolescents' consumers did not show statistically significant differences according to their socio-demographic characteristics. 3) Adolescents' comsumers who were more likely to have purchasing competency, to paticipate in shopping, to seek information before purchasing goods in the market, and to buy expensive goods, showed more complaining behvaior than their counter parts.
