The purpose of this study was to investigate the understanding and attitudes toward open price of sellers and consumers respectively. For this study,112 seller. and 150 consumers(wives) were selected, and SAS PC program, percentile, and frequency were utilized. The main results were as follows: The level of understanding toward open price were found to be 4.54 for sellers, and 4.46 for consumers out of 9, showing rather low level for both groupes. The level of attitudes toward open price were found to be 2.67(5 Likert scale) for sellers implying rather negative and 2.96(5 Likert scale) for consumers implying rather neutral.
