The purpose of this study were to investigate the use, knowledges, and attitudes of communication network sales among university students in Cheongju area. The results were as follows: 1) Computer and computer accessory were found to be the most popular buying commodities, and catalog was found to be the most common information sources. 2) The level of know ledges about cooling off of the respondents who ever used communication network sales was found to be 2.47(5 Likert scale), which is significantly higher than the respondents who never used communication network sales. 3) The attitudes toward communication network sales of the respondents who ever used it was significantly more likely to be positive than the respondents who never used it.
