Difficulty of Management with Rental Units of Apartments

The purpose of this study is to find out the status and the management difficulties of the apartments with high ratio of rental residents. The questionnaires were answered by 15 persons who are in management charge of such apartments in Cheongju city, and the answers were analyzed by the frequency & percentage methode. The results of the survey are as follows. 1) Most residents are single household or that with small kids, so that they hardly participate in the autonomous decision making conferences. 2) They have no sophisticated articles regulating rental contract, and they have insufficient knowledge to make them. 3) Rental residents do not admit the decisions made by the representative organization. 4) Problems are caused by indifference of rental residents and misunderstanding between lessors and lessees. The conclusion is that the apartment with high ratio of rental residents is recommended to prepare its own precise regulations on rent, apart from related laws or ordinances.
