연속시간, 연속상태공간 분지과정에 관한 논문이 M.Jirina에 의해 1958년 처음으로 발표된 이래, 많은 수학자들에 의해 이 분야가 계속 연구되었다. 이 논문에서는 주로 이제까지 발표된 주제들을 분석 정리하고, 보완하여, 이를 체계화 시켜 보았다. 그러므로 앞으로 계속 연구 발표될 여러가지 경우 즉 General Care, Subcritical Care, Critical Care, Supercritical care 등등의 서론부분이라 하겠으나, 이 논문에서 우리는 우리의 과정의 대부분이 단순분지과정과 유사하나 많은 부분에서 그보다 더 일반적이고, 멋있고 결론을 얻음을 알수 있다.

In this paper, we will analyze and regulate many subjects and then construct and systematize the continuous time, continuous state-space branching processes. Most of the results for this processes are similar to those for the simple branching processes. but many parts of our results are much more than their analogues for the simple branching processes.
