참나물(Pimpinella brachycarpa) 유식물 생장에 미치는 유기질소원의 효과오 잎 절편에서의 부정근 형성

The effect of organic nitrogen sources on seedling growth, the optimal medium for adventitious root formation, and rooting phase was investigated in the leaf explant cultures of Pimpinella brachycarpa. Maximal seedling growth was obtained on MS medium supplemented with 0.1 g/L casamino acid as the organic nitrogen source. The highest number of adventitious roots was formed when explants were cultured on 1/2 MS medium with 0.1 mg/L NAA and 0.005 mg/L kinetin. When transferred from rooting medium to hormone-free medium in different initial culture periods, explants transferred on third day produced the highest number of roots.
