In recent years the growing demand for rapid on-site screening of volatiles in air, headspaces or fluegas samples with portable, rugged, user-friendly instruments capable of yielding at least semiquantitive results has revived the interest in ion mobility spectrometry(IMS). IMS devices operated at atmospheric pressure and rely on separation of ions in a uniform electronic field on the basis of differences in their mobility. In this paper, estimated for analytical ability of GC/IMS under analytical conditions of fast linear velocity and low column temperature. Besides to estimated suitable as portable-field analytical instrument for application of Bacillus Spores using air as carrier gas through PyrolysisGas Chromatography-Ion Mobility Spectrometry System. Capable to obtained field analysis data real time by fast separating time using fast linear velocity of carrier gas faster 10 fold Py-GC/IMS than conventional GC. Stationary phases of column was least oxidation although used continuous air during 36hr for DB-l and 65hr for UA-DX30, in the results estimated for effect of exposure to air at 130 °C DB-l and Ultra Alloy-DX30 column on adenine.
