These days companies enter foreign countries to survive in global competition. However, it is very difficult to do business successfully in the foreign environment without understanding foreign cultures. Therefore, managers must understand both of national and corporate culture. In terms of Hofstede model for analyzing the effects of national culture and 7s model for analyzing the effects of corporate culture, research was done on such consumer electronics companies as Samsung, Matsushita, Sony, and Philips. It was found that each company has similarity in its 7s, while it has peculiarity in its 7s.
