In Corporate Business, a focus move from price and quality of the product/service to supply and manufacture the product/service for a vary customer's satisfaction. To solve the problem, so many corporate introduce to the concept of supply chain management(SCM) for the innovation of logistics. The concept of supply chain management(SCM) is a network of process and this include to supplier, manufacturer and customer. The SCM is not a limited concept of production/operations and logistics but and integration value system for creating value from supplier to end user. The SCM's effect are a reduction of inventory cost and a value expansion of product/service. To use the SCM as a successful integration value system 1. requiring the strategic perspective to achieve the competitive advantage 2. need to a cognition about the whole value system from supplier to buyer 3. important to choose the IT(Information Technology) for coordinating a integrated value system At last, a corporate must to execute the task of creating profit and to supply a better service to customer, that is a effort to achieve the competitive advantage in competitive conditions. The SCM is need to analyze to value system as a creating value between firm and industry.
