More and more Korean firms have been adopting the "Outsourcing" program since the IMF crisis. Most of the Outsourcings are being implemented in the spin off form and they are increasing with intrapreneurship. In these rapidly-changing and risk-taking digital times, every company in Korea should be aware of following: First, they must interface with the surrounding environment with simple and clear goals and the switchover to efficient management should be done utilizing Outsourcing. Second, they must focus on faster decision-making, customer-oriented management, think-first & practice-first. If they are still having a bubbling effect on every level in the organization, it will make systems heavy. Finally, they must understand both why and where all these managing systems are needed and how they could be realized in considering their Koreanbased situation. Once they understand these, only implementation is left to compel dynamic organizational culture. And in the process of all these, Outsourcing could be the right way to survive in this era.
