우리나라 반덤핑관세의 부과 결정요인

The Determinants of Antidumping Duties in Korea

본 연구에서는 우리나라 반덤핑관세의 부과 결정요인 중 거시경제변수가 미치는 영향에 관하여 실증분석을 시행하였다. 분석에 이용된 변수들에 대하여 단위근 검정을 시행한 결과, 모든 변수들이 불안정성을 갖고 있으며, I(1)으로 가정하여도 무방한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 Johansen의 공적분 기법에 따라 변수간의 장기적 균형관계의 존재에 대해 살펴본 결과에서는 반덤핑관세부과 조사건수와 실질 GDP성장률 간에만 장기적인 균형 관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 오차수정모형의 검정결과에서는 반덤핑관세부과 조사건수로부터 실질 GDP성장률로 인과관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper investigates the macroeconomic factors that explain antidumping decisions in Korea. The augmented Dickey-Fuller and Phillips-Perron tests show that all concerned level variables are non-stationary. But Johansen's co-integration test results show that there is a long run equilibrium relationship between the number of anti-dumping initiations and real GDP growth rates in Korea. As the results of that, running the error correction model between these two variables, we can get it that there is an uni-directional causality running from the anti-dumping initiations to the real GDP growth rates.
