This study is discriptive research to investigate the satisfication of RN-BSN students about the education program. The subject of study is RN-BSN student who finished terms mane university as concidered satisfaction of tins program in K University. The ratio of students answered that don't recommend to other people about RN-BSN programg in K university is 5% and the ratio of them unsatisfied on curriculum is 75%. PBL(Problem Based Learning) program that the most characteristic program of this curriculum help to improve expression(91%), self-confidence(84%), thinking(72%) because it is possible for them to listen to other opinion. Subject as the alternative therapy is appropriate to needs of the times. Respondents(17.5%) maintain the practice hour because it is adapted to changed medical environment, so practice hour must especially include in education program that have an eye could stand on the basis of the knowledge through nursing manigement practice. But it isn't adequate for RN-BSN students on practice method of the faculty nursing student, because practice hours is too long to impose a heavy burden on school and work. Therefore we need to mediate practice hours for RN-BSN students. Consequently if they accept a lot of feedback about PBL program and cyber lecture, we developed the practice program and we will be achieved an effective program. RN-BSN learner will develop power of nursing guild's director of professioner through this education program.
