The purpose of the present study is to analyze students' feedback on elementary English textbooks used in the third and fourth grades of elementary school. The data was collected by administering a questionnaire to 456 students in the third grade and 439 students in the fourth grade. The results were analyzed in terms of the following four perspectives: 1) How positively the students perceive the content of the textbooks; 2) How positively the students evaluate the CD-ROM title; 3) How well the students like the activities in the textbook; and 4) How positively the students in the fourth grade evaluate the learning material compared to that of 6th national English curriculum. The analysis revealed that the content of the textbook was perceived positively overall, although the students in the third grade responded more positively than those in the fourth grade. The CD-ROM title was also evaluated positively, but the students found it somewhat difficult to follow due to the fast speed of conversation presented.
