실업의 탐색모형에서 통화정책이 실업에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 최근 거시경제학분야에서 많이 연구되어 온 새케인지언모 형과 일자리 소멸(job destruction)이 내생적으로 결정되는 실업의 탐색모형을 결합한 동태적 거시일반균형모형을 연구한다. 특히, 정책이자율을 실업률과 인플레이션율에 연동한 이자율준칙에서 이자율충격이 실업에 미치는 효과를 분석한다.
This paper studies the effect of monetary policy on the unemployment rate in a dynamic general equilibrium model with sticky price and endogenous job destruction. In particular, it analyzes the role of unemployment rate in an interest rate rule as a monetary policy target variable.
