세계측지계 도입에 따른 지적측량 기준점의 지역좌표 변환에 관한 연구

A Study of the Local Coordinates Transformation of Cadastral Control Points for the Adoption of the World Geodetic Datum

본 연구에서는 Bessel 타원체와 GRS80 타원체의 우리나라에서의 적합성을 검토하기 위하여 두 타원체의 지오이드고를 비교하여 타원체의 적합성을 검토해 보았다. 또한, 서로 다른 기준계 사이의 좌표변환이 필요하게 되며, 특히 대축척변환에 대비하여 지역좌표 변환계수를 산출해 보았다. 두 타원체의 지오이드고를 비교해 본 결과 우리나라에는 GRS타원체가 Bessel타원체보다 적합하다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 연구지역에 대하여 지역좌표 변환계수를 산출하고 Bessel 타원체상의 변환성과를 구하여 현행성과와 비교·검증함으로써 세계측지계의 지적분야 도입에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study seeks to find if Bessel and GRS80 ellipsoid are appropriate in Korea. To do this, geoidal heights of two different ellipsoids are analyzed in comparison. In addition, the local coordinates transformation will take place and transformation parameters of local coordinates are calculated in preparation for the transformed large scale. In the comparison, it is found that GRS ellipsoid is more appropriate than Bessel ellipsoid in Korea, and the results have been proved by dividing the test area, calculating based on Bessel ellipsoid and comparing it with the present coordinates. Such will contribute to the introduction of the World Geodetic Datum.
