A Study on the Characteristics of Public Land Development on Planning

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to consider the improvement of public land development by way of the actual condition analysis on land development site. (2) RESEARCH METHOD empirical analysis: ANOVA. Correlation Analysis. Cluster Analysis (3) RESEARCH RESULTS The problems of public land development planning are stated such that uniformity of land use planning, trend of developed high density, increase of land price in investment expense, increasing trend of an apartment ratio planning, rigidity of planning in distribution on house size. 2. RESULTS The imprvement measures of these poblems can be suggested that planning with different criteria by location form, developing by priority on special function and large scale, emphasizing with multi production function, consider on decreasing system of investment price. 3.
