CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study is to vitalize the real estate title analysis system by grasping and analyzing the conditions change of real estate environment and the control conditions and problems of this system. As the conditions change of real estate envitonment that can achieve this purpose. we operate the individual, social and national side. On the basis of its side. operating of real estate title analysis system is examined and then, the following problems are produced. ① Non-system of the operating organization of real estate title analysis, ② Ambiguity of the objective of real estate title analysis, ③ Restriction of the methodology of real estate title analysis, ④ Non-system the operating conditions of real estate title analysis system. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study is based on a descriptive research. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS As a result of study, to vitalize the real estate title analysis system and solve the above problems are presented the necessary and sufficient condition on economic, legal, social and technical aspects. 2. RESULTS For achieving successful the operation of system, we can not help making every effort and undergoing trial and error. Ultimately, vitalizing the real estate title anaysis system is to apply the necessary and sufficient condition on economic, legal, social and technical aspects. 3.
