A Transition and Characteristic of Real Estate Regulation Law

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Quite a long time ago real estate regulation laws have been appeared this world, but the period these laws appeared in a large amount is not very long time ago. Many and various regulation laws have been begun to appear in a large amount since 1960's. It is because our ceuntry was in charge of positive roles at the same period. In order to induce high economic growth, national land plan and land development should have been backed up. At the same time, a large amount of real estate regulation laws have been made and disappeared. As examining the characteristic of our recent real estate regulation laws closely, we can adopt properly the change direction of new institutions. (2) RESEARCH METHOD I've observed the main regulation laws of real estate up to this day after liberation on the ground of the actual laws and literatures. (3) RESERCH RESULTS In this study I examined the change process of our real estate regulation laws and suggested a righteous legislative direction as looking into the characteristic of these laws. 2. RESULTS Our regulation laws of real estate have been changed too excessively in addition to many unfaithful legislations. 3. KEY WORDS In fact, there were not hardly the systematic changes.
