A Study on the Improvement of the Real Estate Brokerage in Korea

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The real estate brokerage firms in korea are one of the most popular types of small business. The real estate brokerage business seems to be concerned largely with success depending only upon the listing and selling abilities. The purpose of this study is to improve the system of real estate brokerage and to change the behaviors of real estate brokers for the success of the real estate brokerage business. (2) RESEARCH METHOD literature analysis 2. RESULTS The results of this study are as follows: The first is to improve the services of the real setate brokers to increase commission. The second is to develop the activities for the balanced income in four seasons. Third is to serve the total services from the real estate brokerage contract to the ownership registration of the real estate shich make them expand the range of the real estate activities giving them more chances to the businesses. Fourth is to give the clients the informations of the title of the real estate to more safely transfer the real estate. 3.
