1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBECTIVES The land proprietorship has changed much developed according to the historic current with important meaning insocial and lawful order. And historic development and conception of Land proprietorship are converned with real estate. By understanding the historic development of possesion relationsship, we can understand the variation of this conception more closely. But formation of Korean Land proprietorship is no identical with that of European one and late. The thought and the realities of life are short. I think that we need a new proprietorshiop consistent with our circumstances. (2) RESEARCH METHOD For this paper I investigated well known books(refer to literature cited) and communicated with related researchers. 2. RESULTS This paper resolved problems in researching historical Land proprietorship an will be helpful to students. 3.
