A Study on General Logistic Location of Agriculture

Logistic location of agriculture products in Seoul. For the efficiency of the flow of agriculture products, the structural problems caused by the flow of agriculture products are supposed to be solved by induction of logistic center of agriculture products. For this study, results overlaid by finding the regions which fit each standards of appraisal were selected as the opportune regions, and statistical technique and Grid, Tin and Overlay analysis of GIS technique is used for locations selection. As primarily estimated factors for location selections are topographical condition, land utilization condition, material flow prediction, accessibility to traffic roads and traffic volume. Multiple regressions is applied to build the estimation model for agriculture productsmaterial flow, which is the main factor for location selection. The overlay results in those four proper locations by standards of appraisal, The results of selected location were Mapo-Gu Sangarn-Dong, Youngdungpo-Gu, Shingil 4-Dong and Kangdong-Gu Amsa-Dong and Socho-Gu Bangbae 3-Dong. In the downtown area no appropriate place turns out, because of decreasing agriculture products material flow and restricting freight roads. Location selection for the public facilities, such as logistic center of agriculture products has to be considered under both efficiency and equity. The reasonable and realistic guiding post for logistic center of agriculture products would be suggested and developed by accurate details.
