The real meaning of global strategy is that corporate establishes a united strategy with viewing the whole world as a market rather than its taking different portfolio of the individual market of each country. Also, the competition advantage of corporate means that its profitability, market share, growth rate and investment gains in the industry surpasses the other's. In this thesis it is mainly studied that how Korea's manufacturing corporates, to secure the competition advantage, establish the global focused plant strategy, whether product, technology and market distinction is fit or not and how it affects Korea's economic performance. The summary of results out of practical analysis of this study can be epitomized as follows. First, Analyzing all the characteristic factors of product, market, technological distinctive group, global strategic group. Secondly, analyzing the fitness between product, market, technological distinction and global strategy and its economic performance. Thirdly, analyzing the economic performance of corporate's competition advantage and global strategy. The study shows that the corporate which is dominantly persuing with and focusing on a specific strategical factors is to succeed in the globalization, such factors as product, market, technological distinction and product life cycle have an major effect on the global strategic decision and finally high economic performance can be achieved when the fitness between product, market, technological distinction, and global strategy is consistently kept.
