The retail industry is very big and important business to the part by entirely different the national economy or to improve quality of life people individual. The latest domestic retail industry is suffering difficulty by the competition between economic slump and new business condition. Specially, traditional market that is taking charge of important part of regional economy is real condition such as the difficulty to worse than retail business conditions that differ to be caused by to spread diffusion of the non -store to sale with local advance acceleration of large discount store. Basically, problem of traditional market originates is be fundamentally for the failure in fitness by that to falling behind and inferior environment of facilities, deficiency of inefficiency of market operation, indigent of capital and tribe of administration know-how, pre-modern commercial transaction traditional practice and of lack the customer service, problem of channel of distribution, creation failure class of new customers, lifestyle change of latest consumers. Therefore, to solve these problem and raises competitive power of traditional market there is expansion of customer accommodation and through to positive re-improvement , modern times of the institution, itself retail information system and induction of e-business, and establishment of strategy associated local characteristic, improvement of customer service, cost reduction through joint buying, cultivation of market area by differentiation, re-improvement of pre-modern retail traditional practice, reform of consciousness of marketeers etc., is required.
