A Study on the Firm's Performance in Manufacturing Environment and Resource-Based View

The purpose of this study is to determine the firm's performance factors as a new view-point. So we found that many studies had researched the firm's performance in an environment view or a resource-based view. This studies have been limitations. But our thing has two view-points as an environment and resource- base. This results of this study are following; 1) A Manufacturing environment is divided an intensity and a complexity of competition. 2) A Resource-based view is divided automation factors, technology factors and resource factors. 3) To decide a type of competition, manufacturing system performance measurement matrix, and verified the fitness with the firm's performance. In conclusion we should say that in order to built up competitive ability of firm the manufacturing environments and resource at simultaneously.
