Recently arising Ubiquitous technology consists of collection of hardware, software, and networking technology that emphasis on contextual recognition technology and wireless internet technology. It is also expected to bring a new social paradigm that drives a cultural revolution. In this research, in order to vision the national level e-government strategy in the Ubiquitous computing environment, authors carefully reviewed the notion of citizen centric e-government in various articles and case studies in terms of technical, social, and national elements. The purpose of this article is to guide the possibility and direction of a new generation of e-government in the ubiquitous computing and networking environment.
