This study is to investigate effects of teachers' feedback on English using web-based bulletin board with focus on the affective aspect of learners. To implement the study, bulletin board system (BBS) was utilized for a sixth grade elementary school class in Seoul. BBS consists of assignments, feedback, reference materials. and picture sections. Learners posted their completed assignments on the assignment section. and teacher and learners posted their feedbacks on the feedback section. Sample materials and other reference materials are posted on the reference materials and picture section. The study statistically compared the results of survey with regard to affective factors such as learner's change of interest and confidence in English and learner's participation in English learning activity between pre- and post-activity. The study found no statistically significant effects on affective areas caused by the on-line feedback, but it noted for the general upward trend of students' affective domain plus statistically significant change of students' self-assessment.
