As Internet shopping gradually moves from being a novelty to a routine way of shopping, Web site quality will become more important. This paper adopted SERVQUAL approach to measure Web site quality and the resultant scale explained consumers' site choices excellently. We found that there were four dimensions in Web site service quality of which reliability factor was most important.
