A Study on the new change of international trade practice

In recent years, important changes have occurred in the traditional international trade practice. The causes are, first, the spread of free trade area and custom-free zone, second, the increased use of electronic communication and internet in business transactions, third, changes in transport practice, fourth, technology progress, and so on. Therefore, such factor deeply influence international trade terms, settlement of international trade, international transport, transport document and electronic operation of international trade. So, the purpose of this paper is attempts to presents a new change and at present tendency of international trade practice, and indicate a problem and future expectation.
