商品流通の發展に伴う消費者保護の台頭 -李朝時代の法「大明律直解」等から消費者志向るを歷史觀点から探る-

A Study of Consumer Protection with the Development of Commodities Distribution in the Yi Dynasty. -Research The Consumer-oriented mind of The Government's Economic Policy.-

Sience: Korea has traditionally been an agricultural country, yielding abundant fruits from her fertile soil, her people lacked ambition or enterprising sprit, seeking goods from aborad. These factors become impediments to the developement of her commerce and industry. with the flow of time, such overall economic poverty of the nation began to change, especially in the fields of commerce and industry. During the 18th century, the country witnessed a general increase in the production of merchandise, merchant and industrialist capital, technology of manual industry, circulation of goods, international trade, and in the awakened consciousness of the important social position of the merchants and industrialists. In this paper, I want to elucidate the consumer protection law 大明律直解of the early period of the Yi Dynasty and focus on the phases of the commodities distribution in the latter of the same era.
