Abstract Aquatic products are one of China's main agricultural products for export, The World Trade Organization (WTO) included aquatic products in its negotiations at Doha. On the basis of the WTO rules and principles concerning aquatic products, this paper can-ies out the research into the differences between the domestic supportive policies of China and those of the countries of the Organization for Economic Corporation and Development (OECD) for aquatic products and puts forward suggestions concerning the adjustment of China's domestic supportive policies concerning aquatic products for export.
