Attaching importance to brand of college ,this study explained the quality of college educational service and customer's satisfaction, focused on satisfactory rate of college educational service. As a result of the study, the quality factor and customer's satisfaction are related. When the customer's are positive in the trust of administrative service, educational facility, high quality of educational service, punctually service, fact announcement of educational service, adjust suggestion in expected value, they are satisfied with this service through the study. First, the attitude in college's brand has an effect on the satisfaction of educational service. Second perception of college service has an effect on the customer's satisfaction
