This article aims to propose the establishment of railway transport networks in Northeast Asia including Korean peninsular when trans-Korean railway is re-connected. Considering the current transport system in Northeast Asia, a new railway transport mode is more competitive especially in the area such as Northwest part of China and Russian Far East from the Korean peninsular. Therefore the first step for the establishment of Northeast Asian transport network is that Gyeongeui line(TKRl) should be complete because the Gyeongeui line is important in connecting the developing regions of North Korea, such as Gaeseong, Pyeongyang and Shinuiju and Notheast part of China such as Dandong, Dailin and Shimyang. It is also presented some obstacles to the establishment of inter-Korean railway networks including regulatory and institutional problems.
