A study over feasibility of chunhaijin's bing private owned soldier

In this paper, I try to overview the military characteristics of chunhaijin and I focus on it's possibility of being private owned soldier In the existing research tends to conclude chunhaijin's being an organization of private owned soldier. I think the reason is that it is based on ambiguous concept and standard. Expecially, the terminology of the government frces which is contrast to the private owned soldier which is not exist even in the Korean dictionary. It seems polemic that one can specify the characteristics of the chunhaijin's bing private owned soldier with the ambiguous concept and terminology. So, I regard that it needs to present much more conspicuous standard. I suggest that Such a standard must be judged by that fact that whether the forces is under the commanding control of the government or not. In fact, It is not difficult to find out such a standard if the concept of the private owned soldier is clear. It seems that the reason of confusion caused by disregard of the difference between the characteristic of the military organization itself and it's operation. Even though the tendency itself seems to be trifle, it can cause vicious circle in the later study. Just like many existing research, the conclusion of chunhaijin's being private owned soldier is influenced by the sight that how to look Shinla kingdom in that period. First of all, the last period of the Shinla kingdom allows private owned forces. It means that the private owned soldier which can not be existed in the normal state could be allowed in the last period of Shinla kingdom when chunhaijin has established. In that understanding, Shinla's military system has totally demolished in the period of chunhaijin existed. Also the background of political and social situation which makes it possible to have private owned soldier can be analyzed with different sight. In this paper, I am looking forward to giving a warning signal to create concocted sight over historical situation from misunderstanding of basic concept.
