중국 조선족의 민족교육 실태 분석

Research on the Realities of Ethnic Education of Chinese-Korean

21세기의 정보화 사회의 도래와 중국의 개혁 개방정책이 조선족 사회에 큰 변화를 몰고 오면서 조선족의 민족교육은 심각한 위기에 직면하게 되었다.산업화,도시화의 진척과정에서 일어난 조선족 인구의 대이동,농촌교육의 황폐화,조선족 인구비율의 감소,조선족 사회의 정체성 위기,조선족 학생의 동화 위기,민족교육의 고립과 민족의식의 결여 등은 조선족의 민족교육에 대한 장래를 매우 불안하게 몰고 가고 있다.이 연구에서는 조선족의 민족교육 위기는 단순한 교육차원이 아닌,민족의 장래 운명과 관련될 수밖에 없는 관점에서 조선족의 민족교육 실태를 분석하고 발전과제를 탐색하고자 하였다.이러한 탐색은 조선족 민족교육의 과제 를 확인하고 이를 바탕으로 근원적이고 본질적인 해결책을 강구하는 자료를 제공할 것이다.

The reform and open-door policy in China that led to a huge change in the Chinese -Korean community has brought ethnic education of Chinese-korean to a crisis, with the advent of the information-oriented society in the 21st century. The future of ethnic education of Chinese-Korea turned into uncertainty in the process of Industrialization and urbanization, resulting in Chinese-Korean migration; devastation of rural communities; reduction of Chinese-Korean populations; identitycrisis in the Chinese-Korean community; problems from assimilation of Chinese-Korean students into China; isolation of ethnic education in the main stream of educational system; and lack of ethnicity-consciousness. This study explores the realities of ethnic education of Chinese-Korean with the perspective of which the crisis of ethnic education must be deeply related to our ethnic prosperity not just an educational issue. This research, then, identifies various tasks of ethnic education of Chinese-Korean and provides sources for more fundamental and essential solutions.
