A Study on the Relationship between Education Level and Wealth

빈곤의 설상이 어떠한가에 대한 파악이 우선되어야 함은 물론이다 . 종종 그러한 문제는 사회의 치부로 인식되어 외변하거나, 인식한다고 해도 동정의 차원에서 바라보기가 일쑤이다. 빈곤의 원인이 게으름에서도 올 수 있지만, 인간의 능력의 차이 또는 통제하기 힘든 환경에서 나오는 경우가 많다. 인간이 천성적으로 능력에 차이가 나는데도 그것을 단순한 환경의 차이로 돌릴 수는 없는 것이다. 우선 상대적 빈곤을 정확히 파악하는 것과 나아가 빈곤이 다가온 원인을 심충적으로 분석하여야 한다. 상대적 빈곤자들의 수입원천은 주로 저임금 노동에 있다. 그나마 저임금 노동억 기회도 주어지지 않는 경우가 많다. 기회가 주어진바 해도 자녀 양육의 문제가 대두된다. 따라서 정부는 빈곤의 문제를 총체적으로 접근해야지, 단순히 소득의 기회를 제공한다든지 보조해주는 것만으로는 적절하지 않다. 빈곤의 원인이 고용 기회 의 부족과 낮은 임금이라고는 하지만 이 문제만 해결한다고 해서 빈곤에 따른 직접 적 원인이 전반적으로 해소되지는 않는다. 본 연구에서는 상대적 빈곤의 원인을 찾아보되 가장의 교육 수준과의 인과관계를 분석하고 나서, 그런 빈곤의 치유를 위한 정책 방안을 제시하게 된다.

It is needed to analyze what the real facts of poverty is. Those problems of poverty have been acknowledged and looked away as a social embarrassments or sympathy. The cause of poverty comes from human ability or uncontrollable environment as well as their idleness. In case of human nature of ability, the cause of poverty can not be simply attributed to circumstances. The task of this thesis is to analyze deeply the situation of relative poverty and its causes The income source of the relative poor comes from their labor. In some cases, the labor opportunity of low level wage does not come to them. Even with the labor opportunity, they faces with the child fostering. Therefore government has to approach the poverty problem on the whole, not just with income opportunity or subsidy. This research analyzes if the cause of relative comes from the level of education or not, and the methods to cure the poverty problem will be presented.
