The purpose of this study is to determine the fitness of firms resource, manufacturing environment between competitive strategy. So we found that many studies had researched the competitive strategy in manufacturing environments and firm's resource specifics. Those studies have been limitations. But our thing has two view-points as manufacturing environments and resource specifics. This results of this study are following; 1) Firm's resource specifics are divided automation factor, technology factor and supplier resource factor. 2) Manufacturing environments are divided competitive intensity factor and complexity factor. 3) Types of competition strategy are divided an overall cost leadership strategy and a differentiation strategy. 4) Firm's performances are divided cost factor, quality factor, flexibility factor and delivery factor of performance. 5) The results of ANOVA test are significant differentiation in performances by types of competitive strategies. In conclusion we should say that in order to built up competitive ability of firm on the manufacturing environment and resource at simultaneously.
