We are doing the information of Internet client at the cookies in the content. Therefore we need to protect the cookies to the legal for the individual information protection. The online advertisement company to use the individual information also makes the advertisement through the cookies. The company are sending Internet client to reach. Consequently it is the most important problem for protecting of the individual information to be put at the cookies in these days. In this paper we grasp the individual information protection problem of the cookies accurately. We look into the content as follows. 1. a content of the cookies 2. a content of the individual information 3. a relation between the regulation of the individual information and the cookies 4. a relation between the individual information and the cookies 5. an individual information protection with the cookies 6. a civil affairs relief method in the case which the in individual information is infringed
