Implementation of Speech Recognition System on Windows98 Environment

In this paper, we implement the speech recognition system on Windows98 environment. The system detects and analyzes the incoming speech on real time, and processes the input speech by DTW algorithm. It is designed with Microsoft visual C++ 6.0 on Windows98 environment, and the low-level audio API is used for the speech interface.
