Bluetooth which is possible to transfer bidirectional real time data without complex transmission line that various communication instruments connect to wireless network is growing up as important component in the each kind of communication instruments and IMT-2000 etc. In this paper, the bluetooth system antenna was designed as microstrip patch antenna under considering efficiency, gain, bandwidth of antenna, and putting on the instrument. It is small size, light and easy to manufacture. Also it is possible for us to integrate with feed line and other microwave devices. Dielectric substrate(FR-4), as permittivity(ε_r)4.7, substrate thickness(h), 1.6[mm], conductor thickness(t)is 0.035[mm], conductivity(δ)5.8×10^7 [S/m], dielectric loss tangent (tanδ)0.017 was used for these microstrip antenna. Also, the microstrip antenna was designed as rectangular patch antenna that is easy to put on the instrument and resonate at 2.44[GHz] and the size of width and length is Wp=Lp=27.94[mm]. To match impedance between patch and feed line, I used quarter-wavelength transformer. In this paper, single microstrip patch antenna was designed and analyzed the characteristic byusing ENSEMBLE^TM.The result of this simulation, I could know that return loss of antenna was about -32[dB] and resonation was generated at 2.445[GHz].
