In this paper, wi proposed method the Generalized Hermite-Biehler Theorem to give a solution to the feedback stabilization of given linear time-invariant plant by PID controller. The range if admissilble proportional gains in first determined in closed form. For each proportional gain in this rang the stabilizing set in the space of the integral and derivative gains is shown to be either a trapezoid , a triangle. And a genetic algorithm based method is developed for solving the minimax problem. The results of computer simulations represent that the proposed genetic algorithm shows a good control performances under varying system parameters.
