Inductance and Capacitance Matrix in Multi-conductor

이 논문에서는 다중도체에서 발생하는 자기 인덕턴스 및 상호 인덕턴스, 자기 커패시턴스 및 상호 커패시턴스 행렬에 대해서 연구하였다. 주파수가 고주파가 되어 감에 따라 이러한 기생성분들이 발생을 하며 이러한 기생성분들이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 서 연구하였다.

In this paper, studied about self-inductance and mutual-inductance, self-capacitance and mutual -capacitance matrix in multi-conductor. According as frequency becomes high frequency, studied whether this parasitism ingredients happen and this parasitism ingredients exert some effect.
