An investigation of phonological units in Korean Language Textbooks

In this paper, I investigated the statement of phonological concepts and the use of tenDS in phonological units and the classification system of phonological change in Korean Language Text. I indicated the confused aspects of phonological concepts and incorrect using of terms, proposed the alternative classification system of phonological change of Korean Language. The goals of 'grammatical field' are 'understanding' the structure of Korean Language through scientific investigation process and training the utilizing ability of this grammatical knowledge system. To accomplish this goals, the authors of textbook have to have a correct understanding about the basic concept of Linguistics and exactly use the special terms in this field.
