In this paper, epoxy resign deteriorated in field is used to experiment the eletrical deterioration generated by the partial discharge of epoxy resign and its eletrical characteristic is treated. And also, the coupling structure of epoxy resign is analyzed by the infrared rays spectrum. Epoxy resign is reformed and methylene is reduced with the deterioration condition and break voltage is reduced without the deterioration condition, but which is transiently increased in the beginning of deterioration.
