The purpose of the present study is to find out the effect of remediation on the articulation disorders through a conversational approach. The subject was a 4 year and six month old boy. In order to find out the effect of conversational approach to articulation disorders, I compared the error rates of articulation between pre-test and post-test results. The test was composed of 143 Korean words. From the initial and middle positions, 54 words have target sounds. 35 words have target sounds in the final position. The results were reported according to error pattern, manner of articulation, position of articulation and the position of the sounds in the words.
