대구시의 발전 계획 검토와 발전방향에 대한 모색

A Survey on Economic Planning and New Orientation of Daegu Metropolitan City

본 논문은 최근의 대구시 계획을 살펴 보고 기존 계획에서 제기된 문제점을 지적하는 한편 향후 대구가 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 특히 이 글에서는 산업구조적 접근이나 통계적 분석보다는 사회경제적 접근을 통한 정성적 분석으로 발상의 전환을 유도하고 미래의 가능성을 도출해 보는 데 의미를 두고 있다. 이 논문의 요지는 입지의 의미를 제대로 살리지 못하고 있는 대구시 계획의 문제점을 지적하면서 시대변화에 맞는 새로운 모색이 대구의 미래에 큰 의미가 있을 것으로 보는 한편 결국 지역 혁신의 초점은 인재와 인재의 재배치에 있음을 강조하고자 한다.

The aims of this paper is concentrated on surveying economic plans and new orientationspoints of Daegu Metropolitan City. Otherwise, this paper focuses on analysis of historical and socio-economic character of this city and economic stagnation in recent years. This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter is introducing part of this paper. In this chapter are described the important substance of this paper. The second chapter focuses on position and situation of Daegu City in Korea. The third chapter describes the economic plans of recent years. We try to criticize the core points of these plans. The fourth chapter is concentrated on new concepts of city development. In the fifth chapter we try to get implication on city development. We think, that the concepts of economic and industrial development change rapidly. Therefore, we should have new ideas and new paradigm on future development. In case of Daegu City, new concepts on economic plan and man power allocation are indispensable points. This points might be the core of new orientation for Daegu City.
