The Present Position Analysis on the Korea's Public E-Procurement in International Electronic Commerce

Efficient supply of the goods that government need even enhance the individual country's competitive power. According to the latest World Bank and OECD announcement, procurement scale of the main countries is presuming into GDP's 15% interior and exterior, and lately there is a progressing revision argument about GPA(Agreement on Government Procurement) under WTO system vigorously according as government procurement market is embossed as an important market. All of the world government understands efficiency of government public procurement as a nucleus of country competitive power strengthening, and recognize the improving efficiency of execution of the budget as a field of strategy of service strengthening about people. Hereupon, the author analyze the public e-procurement presenting position of our country through Korea Government's case announcement and National Statistical Office data. Through this investigation, the future improvement direction of Korea government's public e-procurement will be presented at conclusion sector.
