생쥐에서 저령 추출물에 의한 Superoxide radical 제거 효과

The Effects of Inhibited on Superoxide radical to Grifola umbellata Extract on Mice

본 연구에서는 저령(Grifola umbellata)의 균핵을 끓여 추출물을 얻어 이것이 실험용 생쥐에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 생쥐에 저령 열수 추출물(100 ㎎/㎏ 체중)을 1일 1회 2일간 복강투여 했을 때 암 발생의 원인이 될 수 있는 superoxide radical의 생성은 대조군에 비해 약 22% 가량 억제되었으나, 지방과산화는 대조군과 별다른 차이를 보이지 않았다. 반면에 항피로능은 대조군에 비해 추출물 투여군의 유영 기간이 약 1.8배 가량 증가되어 저령의 열수 추출물에 항피로 효과성분이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

In this study, the inhibited effects on superoxide radical of Grifola umbellata hot water extracts (Gu-extract) on mice were investigated. The intraperitoneal administration of Gu-extract for 2 days increased swimming time by 1.8 fold, indicating that the extract might contained some anti-fatigue compound(s). The extract inhibited superoxide radical formation by 22% as compared to control, but not lipid peroxidation.
