Cognitive semantic frame for arguments of the verb 'bureuda'

In this study, by examining the semantic features and subordinate categories of arguments I tried to analysis the semantic frame for arguments of Korean verb 'bureuda'. The analysis in this chapter is based on conceptual frame theory proposed by Fillmore. This also introduces cognitive models of the verb 'bureuda' with reference to categorization proposed by Lakoff. It points out the relation between the cognitive meanings and the arguments. The verb 'Bureuda' concords N₁, if N₁has the semantic features [+vocal] [+language] in it's category, 'Bureuda' concords that N₂, if the category of N₂ has the semantic features [+price] [-declared] [+on material].
