There has been studies on the decoding of '執音-' and '火條' in Hyang-Chal. But we failed in the decoding of those. It is the essential reason of the fail that we do not examine the contexts of '執音-' and '火條'. The purpose of this paper is to do the decoding of '執音-' and '火條' in the aspects of the context. The result of this paper is as follow: 1. '執音平' in the Heonhoaga is decoded to 'jabumon/jabamon'(잡음온/잡?온), and its meaning is 'taking hold of a checkrein. 2. '執音平' by itself may be decoded to 'juimon'. But this decoding is impossible, because this word is the antonym of '放-' in the context. 3. '火條' in the Kwangsugongyangga is decoded to 'pulkadi'(불가디), and its meaning is 'the separated branch of the lampwick'. 4. '執音馬' in the Kwangsugongyangga is decoded to 'jabuma/jabama' (잡음아/잡?아), and its meaning is 'repairing' the separated branch of the lampwick. 5. '-音(?/암)-' in '執音馬' and '執音平' is the pre-final ending marking the aspect of the maintenance, and '-a' of the '-ma(馬)' in '執音馬' is the conjunctional ending marking the subordination.
